Kendee Hughes
Alma, Arkansas
I am Kendee Hughes, from Alma, Arkansas, and a Christian wife, mother of three children (KJ, Gavin and Brody), daughter, sister, friend, people-pleaser, and a creative arts lover. I enjoy watching my kids in their extracurricular activities, attending Arkansas Razorback football games, and taking yearly family vacations.
My deep passion lies within the Christian film industry and identifying ways in which the church and community can be involved in this evolving ministry. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, an online Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In October of this year (2015), I will graduate from Full Sail University with a Master's degree in New Media Journalism. This past June I was blessed with the opportunity to attend a two-day film workshop with Advent Film Group in Chantilly, Virginia with Co-founder, George Escobar.
Currently, I serve as the leader of the I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Drama Team (Inspire others, Nourish souls, Seek God daily, Pray without ceasing, Imitate Christ, Represent the Gospel, and Encounter his presence) at Butterfield Church in Van Buren, Arkansas, where I also work as a co-leader of our church media team.
