As an Artist, I work with mixed media--ink, acrylic, graphite, and more--on paper and wood. I deal with themes of family and childhood, story and myth, and the natural world.
As an Educator, I am passionate about helping children and adults access their own creativity and harness their capacity for critical thinking. I have been a school art teacher and a museum educator, in Chicago, Texas, and, most recently, the Boston area.
