I have always loved hair growing up. I started my career by first working at a local hair salon in Salem Oregon. I loved checking out new hairstyles, and giving my customers some tips on their hair. After a couple of years working as a hairstylist, I found my passion was mostly in men’s hair. About half of my customers were men, and I had become extremely good at cutting men’s hair. It was simple, and they did not complain, unlike most of the women that come to our salon. Later in 2009 I met Joe. Joe had a barber shop down the street and offered me a job at the shop. Eventually I decided to take up the job since I loved cutting men’s hair. This was perfect since I would be only cutting men’s hair.

Throughout the years, I gained a lot experience in the field, and men would always come up to me and ask me for advice on growing their hair, styling their hair, and deciding on what products to use for their hair. Further, for this reason, I decided to start this blog about men’s hair, where I can address all the issues my customers have asked me over the years and help out any men out there that are looking for a little bit of hair advice.
