A business and IT executive, an agile coach, a husband and father of two children, Ken is jazzed by work and family.
Called by senior leadership teams to "parachute in" to lead, re-energize and mobilize their stalled, in trouble, or just-getting-started software efforts, Ken has built a long career of rapid turnaround and high quality innovation.
With twenty-five years as an entrepreneur and executive working primarily in roles as CIO, Chief Scientist, CTO and Technical Evangelist, Ken engages customers and team members directly and passionately to invent new solutions, expand ideas and create ways to mobilize teams to action.
Ken is as comfortable writing strategies or writing code, coaching team members or speaking publicly to large groups. He has taught over a thousand students in formal technical training sessions on a variety of topics and is first and foremost a catalyst and communicator.
Outside of his executive roles, Ken served four years as Program Chair for the Detroit Chapter of the Society of Information Management. He is a Certified Business Professional of The Aji Network. He is an Advanced Open Water SCUBA diver and enjoyed singing for several years as a member of the bass section of The Grunyons, a vocal jazz ensemble in southeast Michigan.
Ken invests in the people around him and enjoys diverse personalities and backgrounds. His extensive networks, which he is always working to build, span executive, business management, sales, marketing and technical colleagues.
