Serves as the CEO and is a partner at ZMC Hotels, Inc., a management, development and investment Company that specializes in award-winning hotels and motels with above average ROI. Considers job as identifying ways to build and promote a Culture of Care for our employee team members so together we can create a Culture of Hospitality for our guests. Success is measured by delivering higher quality accommodations with better service than our competition. Currently ZMC manages 33 hotels ranging in size from 44 rooms to 296 rooms that are located across 12 states. Also serves as advisor for several other companies, notably Aerostich RiderWearHouse, the premiere motorcycle clothing and accessory company in the US.
