Since selling his company in 2004, Ken Hantman has concentrated on Perimeter Protective Systems, Inc., where he serves as President, and founded a second company, Build Your Work Force. Through this Canada-based firm, Ken Hantman connects English-speaking international workers with employers seeking skilled workers. By handling all aspects of training, securing visas, and arranging accommodations, Ken Hantman offers companies an easy solution for their staffing needs. Having hired and trained many workers at Eagle Fence Co., Ken Hantman uses his skills as a talented recruiter to retain qualified, top-performing employees. Ken Hantman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New York’s University of Rochester. Related to his continuing interest in psychology and his decades of dealing with security issues, Ken Hantman devotes a steady stream of energy in a non-profit effort to form a humanitarian foundation directed to defusing terrorism. Through this venture, Ken Hantman proposes a new type of global television programming that would harness celebrity narrators to introduce real people who are models of transformation, in order to promote unity and allay terrorism. As a proponent of social responsibility, Ken Hantman supports the American Diabetes Association and wildlife preservation, among other charitable foundations.
