Kenley Smith served as the first president of Studio Roanoke’s Board of Directors and is currently Artistic Director. His produced scripts include SHADE OF THE TREES, DEVIL SEDAN, TWELVE STATIONS OF THE CROSS and THE NEW TESTAMENT. His latest work, MONKEY WRENCH, goes up at Studio Roanoke in April, 2012. A native of Beckley, WV, Kenley now resides in Bent Mountain, VA. He earned an MA in Creative Writing and an MFA in Playwriting, both from Hollins University, and is a member of the Dramatist’s Guild.
