Ken Londoner
Ken Londoner graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance in 1989. Later, he earned his Master’s degree in Economics and Management from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business in New York City. While enrolled in NYU, Ken Londoner worked for J. &W.; Seligman (now Seligman Investments) as a Financial Analyst. Londoner moved up to become Seligman Investment’s Portfolio Manager for their growth and capital funds, and later became a Co-Manager for the company, presiding over pension funds valuing more than $1 billion. After deciding to leave J. & W. Seligman to start his own hedge fund, Ken Londoner founded Red Coat Capital Management, LLC in New York. He grew the firm from $2 million in assets under management to just over $950 million in assets under management in less than 3 years. After 9/11 and many successful years, Ken Londoner decided to change directions, and he founded Endicott Management Partners, LLC. Endicott partners with entrepreneurs to build successful business with distinctive competitive advantages. Ken Londoner has co-founded 3 companies since 2002; Safe Ports, LLC, NewCardio, Inc., and BST Technologies, Inc. Two of the companies are in the medical technology field. Londoner is also working with InspireMD, an Israeli-based developer and marketer of a new novel stent platform. Ken Londoner assisted the company in establishing a clinical research collaboration with Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, that will provide Inspire with FDA approval to sell their stents in the United States. Londoner also advised the firm's management in their arrangement of its public offering in the U.S. to be completed in the first quarter of 2011. Endicott is expanding its presence and increasing the number of companies that it works with. Endicott recently opened offices in New York City and is also looking to open offices in Los Angeles, California. Ken Londoner has four children and has been married 21 years. He lives in Westport, Connecticut, and enjoys activities such as golf, tennis, and skiing. Londoner is also an avid reader of business biographies and Harvard Business School Case Studies.
