For over 16 years, Ken Mingus has enjoyed success as a medical sales professional. Presently, Mingus serves as a regional sales specialist for DiVerde Medical, Inc., with clients in Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and Orange County, California. The recipient of the DiVerde Medical Teamwork Award, he sells products from The Sorin Group, Abyrx and LSI Solutions, Inc. During one year as a CorMatrix representative, Ken Mingus and team Diverde placed in its top 5 for vascular sales and became its number 1 distributor for the second year in a row.
Prior to accepting his current position, Mingus excelled in sales for numerous medical equipment organizations, such as Baxter Biosurgery. Joining Baxter in 2006 as a territory business manager, he sold surgical sealants, hemostats, and anti-adhesives. His achievements include surpassing quotas across multiple years; being named to the Presidents Club, which earned him a trip to South Africa; and increased sales by $2.5 million. After spending a year as senior territory business manager, Ken Mingus was promoted to regional cardiac sales specialist and participated in the Tachosil Product Launch, for which he ranked first in 2010 and second in 2011, respectively. Other firms that benefited from his expertise include Teleflex, Inc.; Genzyme Biosurgery, Inc.; and American Medical Systems, Inc.
