Marc Kennedy

Marc was born in ‘’ 1978, he grew up in , and and later traveled to the to study and work. He received a scholarship to do his MA after he graduated first class honors.

He graduated from in 2004 and holds a BA and an MA in ‘Peace Studies’. He was also a Ph.D candidate working on the Conflict in the .

He taught the ‘; Area in conflict’ to undergrads and made a name for himself as a ‘peace activist’ as he marched against the war in , and was outspoken in his criticism for the Israeli blockade of .

He was also an advocate for the ‘Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’ and helped pass a resolution designating September as ‘Blood Awareness Month’.
