With over 20 years of experience in Aviation Composites at various levels, from Technician to Shop Supervisor/C-Release Inspector, on numerous aircraft and component types. I have gained an in-depth knowledge of the repair processes and quality systems/regulation that are part of the industry.

Recently I have developed and delivered a number of composite modules for various companies/institutions. In 2012 I completed a study on the current state of "Composite Repair and Training in Ireland" on behalf of Enterprise Ireland and iComp (Irish Centre of Composite Research). I established All Around Composites in 2011 to provide these Consultative and Educational capabilities.

I have organised and provided presentations at various events with regard to composite repair, including an event on the developments of Resin Infusion as a manufacturing process and a presentation titled "Composite Repair: Issues and Difficulties in Everyday Aviation Maintenance" for the Irish Adhesion, Surface Coatings and Composites Conference.
