In 2005, I became a Computer Networking Systems graduate of ITT Technical Institute and also became Network+ certified.Upon graduation,

I made a successful transformation from the manufacturing industry into the technology industry.I made the transformation between industries because of my passionfor anything related to technology.Working

with technology hasopened up new avenues to explore and also has provideda better life for myself and family.

Today, I work with a wide variety of technologies while working for

Send Word Now Communications in a Network Operations Center.

Along with other members of an Service Operations Team, I assist

in maintaining the daily service operations and system availability

for Send Word Now and its' customers.

In addition to my passion for technology, I also enjoy Commodity

Trading, sports, great music, and great friends. But most of all,

I enjoy spending time with my wife Dawn, daughters Ashley,

Mercedes, Victoria, and my son Kenneth III.
