Kenneth White

Kenneth C. White has been with Invictus Law, P.C. since 2010, and he serves as the sole general counsel for more than a dozen separate corporations. He works regularly with boards of directors and executive management on entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, finance and other general business issues. Prior to joining Invictus Law, P.C., Attorney White served as general counsel for a multi-million dollar Orange County-based software and technology company.
