Over the course of his career, spine surgeon and entrepreneur Dr. Kenneth B. Kurica has leveraged his medical and administrative acumen to serve a broad patient base. He entered the medical profession as a graduate of Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine and completed his surgical internship and residency at Presbyterian Medical Center and Saint Joseph Hospital, respectively. After distinguishing himself as chief-resident fellow in pediatric spine surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital and completing an additional spine fellowship at London Hospital in England, Dr. Kenneth B. Kurica became a resident in orthopedic surgery at Harvard University.

Upon completion of a second fellowship, this time in orthopaedic surgery, at Boston Children's Hospital, Dr. Kenneth B. Kurica left New England for Colorado. He served in several hospital positions before his involvement in the formation of the Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group. Serving as managing partner and then chair of the executive committee, Dr. Kurica facilitated the building of a multi-specialty surgical center and an independent MRI center.

Dr. Kenneth B. Kurica also proved successful in spearheading the creation of a prosthetics and orthotics division that became the leading provider of its kind in the Colorado Springs area. During this time, he entered entrepreneurship as the founder of PRN Partners, a telemedicine neurology consultation group. He has since founded complimentary companies IntraNerve and IntraDiagnostics, all three of which he leads as CEO, president, and chief medical officer.
