Bornstein and Emanuel, PC, is a New York-based personal injury law firm. With offices in New York City and Garden City, Kenneth Bornstein and his partner, Anthony J. With more than 20 years of experience, Kenneth Bornstein brings the understanding of a concerned service provider and the expertise of a seasoned professional to his work. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University in New York and began his career with the Legal Aid Society, where he handled cases from beginning to end and gained courtroom experience. Kenneth Bornstein’s areas of personal injury expertise include premises liability, workplace accidents, product liability, and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy/Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Kenneth Bornstein is a husband and father, born and raised in Brooklyn, who now lives in Long Island. When he is not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys an array of outdoor activities such as baseball, football, horse racing, biking, and golf. Kenneth Bornstein also participates in various community initiatives and service projects. He currently serves as the First Vice President of the Merrick Lions Club and contributes to organizations such as the Kiwanis Club of the Peninsula and the We Care Foundation. He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
