Kenneth Brenes
Software Team Lead, Frontend Web Consultant, and Marketing Problem-Solver in Costa Rica
Software Team Lead with almost 20 years in software development, bridging business and engineering so complex projects ship on time and with quality.
I'm at my best where things get complicated: translating complex requirements into clear plans a team can execute, and resolving conflicts between clients, stakeholders and developers without losing momentum.
Most recently, I led some development teams building credit-origination platforms across four Latin American countries, owning releases, QA and observability, and bringing AI into our development process with clear guardrails. Before that, I spent nearly seven years at Gorilla Logic building marketing platforms, campaigns and lead-generation systems for US teams.
I'm a human-first leader: people, ideas and collaboration come first, and I see risk and complexity as part of meaningful progress. I write about team leadership on Medium.
Open to Software Team Lead, Engineering Manager and Delivery Lead roles, as well as part-time engagements with US teams.
