Kenneth Brewe

For over three decades, Kenneth Brewe has provided legal representation in family law and civil matters in Everett, Washington. He focuses on complex domestic issues, civil litigation, mediation, and injury claims. He also consults with clients regarding financial matters such as business and estate planning. Kenneth Brewe possesses extensive experience in complex family law litigation invovling significant estates, family-owned business entities and professional practice issues, mediation matters, and the drafting of marital agreements.

Kenneth Brewe earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in 1976. He received his Juris Doctor from the School of Law at the University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University) three years later. Shortly after graduation, Mr. Brewe established his private practice in Everett, Washington. Brewe Layman offers experienced counsel in numerous areas of law. In addition to the practice areas of Mr. Brewe, the firm provides representation related to employment, appellate matters, business law, and adoption.

During his long career, Kenneth Brewe has earned recognition for his professional acumen. His firm maintains an AV (very high to preeminent) rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating bestowed by the prestigious company, which was founded in 1868. He has also been selected as a Super Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics magazine for 12 consecutive years. Most recently, he was named one of The Best Lawyers in America practicing family law.

In addition to his legal practice, Kenneth Brewe gives presentations to attorneys in Washington at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
