Kenneth Holker

For more than three decades, Kenneth Holker has served clients in Maple Grove, Minnesota, as the owner of Holker Law Offices, PLLC. Among other services, his practice has prepared trusts for several thousand clients over the years. Kenneth Holker also heads Asset Protection Services, Inc., in Champlin as an estate-planning and wealth-protection firm that has achieved distinction for sustained results in annuity sales.

Mr. Holker’s team of financial professionals and in-house legal counsel provide a host of free informational services to the public, including workshops and seminars on topics ranging from living trust planning to pension and Social Security strategies. Recent additional topics include funeral trust workshops and “empowering women” seminars. Mr. Holker completed his bachelor’s degree in English and history at Brigham Young University and was a member of the pre-law club. He subsequently pursued a juris doctor at the Hamline University School of Law. Mr. Holker is currently working on a book on fundamentals of Social Security maximization, which is expected to be published in 2014.
