As a researcher working in the Population Dynamics, Sexual and Reproductive Health Unit at APHRC, I specialize in research and programming focusing on infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, maternal health issues, and young people’s sexual and reproductive health and rights. In these subjects, I have accumulated over 8 years of valuable experience, working in projects within Kenya, Uganda, Cameroon, Nigeria and Burkina Faso among others. I possess strong Quantitative as well as Qualitative research skills acquired over years of training and experience. I have authored peer reviewed publications in international journals. I am strongly motivated to pursue a PhD focusing on chronic diseases, to consolidate my skills and acquire expertise strengthening me as an independent researcher.

Currently, I am a Researcher at the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), Nairobi.

My interests range from travel to writing. I am also interested in movies, fitness, and education.
