KENNETH LOUIS WALTER

Kenneth Louis Walter (born 19th April 1959) is an Traumatologist Surgeon currently serving (since August 2020) as the Medical Director in the Special Operations Surgical Team under the United Nations Assistance Mission in Yemen.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

Walter was born in , Connecticut to a prominent family, His father was a Engineer and his Mother (Italian descent) was a successful business woman. In 1975 he completed his High School from Staple High School in Westport CT, He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut at Storrs and received his MD degree from Georgetown University. He completed five years of Orthopedic Training Residency at the University of Colorado

CAREER

Dr. Walter was the Division Head of Traumatologist Surgeons at Burgdorf Health University Connecticut, He is currently working in Yemen under the United Nations as the Medical Director of Special Operations Surgical Medical Team and Paramedics Medical Emergency Response Team.

PERSONAL LIFE

Walter was born in Waterbury, Connecticut, He is the only child of his parents, he lost his father (Engr. Allen Kenneth) at the age of 11 years, Walter grew up with is mother in Connecticut whom passed away about a year ago after her long suffering from paralysis from the shock of her husbands death. Walter got married to Helena Travis a Chattered Account and they had a Daughter together. Helena died on an accident in the process of her trying to get him a gift on their marriage anniversary on 8 February 2016
