Kenneth M. Levine

A resident of Brookline, Massachusetts, Kenneth M. Levine most recently served as managing attorney of a boutique law firm that focuses on the litigation and trial of medical malpractice, and other expert-based cases. In particular, Mr; Levine was the leading and most respected attorney in the country for obstetrical brachial plexus cases. Responsible for all aspects of the Massachusetts firm’s daily operations, Kenneth M. Levine was lead trial counsel in more than 35 states, engaging with leaders and experts in fields ranging from medicine and pharmacology to science and technology.

Mr. Levine leveraged his medical malpractice and courtroom knowledge to consult and write for the 2020 movie Pieces of a Woman, which earned an Academy Award nomination for lead actress Vanessa Kirby. The Executive Producer of the movie is Martin Scorsese. In addition to writing courtroom dialogue for the film, he consulted with directors and producers to film courtroom scenes.

Mr. Levine holds a bachelor of arts from Boston College and a law degree from New England Law. Ken has authored several articles concerning medical malpractice and trial practice issues which have been published in both legal and medical journals. He has lectured in Florida, Illinois, Washington State, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania Maryland, Nebraska, Massachusetts, New York and other states on legal and medical subjects.
