Kenneth Morrow

I grew up in Elk Grove, California, on the same ranch where my parents still live today. Those early years shaped who I am. Hard work, responsibility, and doing things the right way were part of everyday life. I’m a proud graduate of Elk Grove High School, and I carried those values with me as I built my career.

I’m the owner and operator of One Way Group of Companies, including One Way General Contractors, LLC. I founded the business over 30 years ago and have operated in Arizona ever since. Entrepreneurship has always been personal to me. I’m hands-on, deeply involved, and committed to delivering quality, integrity, and consistency in everything we do. We’ve built our reputation by staying focused, working hard, and standing behind our word.

Outside of work, I live life fully with my wife, Lynn. We’re very active and walk three miles together every day. We love spending time with friends and family, enjoying great food and wine, playing pickleball, and staying connected to our community in South Chandler’s Ocotillo area. I also have a passion for Porsches and Harleys.

At the core of everything I do is community, relationships, and building something meaningful that lasts.
