While in Dallas, Mr. Nance’s accomplishments included growing the company's return-on-assets from 45 to 65 percent annually. Under Mr. Nance's leadership, nearly 80 new stores were opened, and sales grew from $15 million to $25 million per month.

During his tenure in Dallas, Kenneth Nance took charge of rehabilitating the Southern California region. Between 2008 and 2010, Mr. Nance turned a $500,000 quarterly loss into a $500,000 quarterly profit. In doing so, the Southern California region went from the worst performing region to the best.
