Kenneth Partenheimer

Possessing experience in audit management roles across various industries, Kenneth Partenheimer recently served as a manager in the Making Home Affordable-Compliance (MHA-C) unit of Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia, the compliance agent over the MHA Program for the U.S. Treasury Department. Mr. Partenheimer joined Freddie Mac/MHA-C shortly after passage of the 2009 Homeownership Affordability and Stability Plan and the creation of the MHA Program. His responsibilities included executing and overseeing regulatory compliance and internal control audits that verified whether the Top 10 national mortgage servicers followed the related Treasury’s Supplemental Directives and requirements in the MHA Program Handbook for Servicers of Non-GSE Mortgages. Among the servicers audited by Kenneth Partenheimer were Citi Mortgage, Ocwen Financial Corp., American Home (Homeward), and Nationstar Mortgage.
At other points in his career, Mr. Partenheimer gained extensive experience in the banking, financial services, retail and wholesale distribution, manufacturing, transportation and health care industries as in various audit management and consulting roles at PNC Bank Corp., First of America Bank Corporation, Business Strategy, Inc., Jefferson Wells and Crowe Horwath, LLP. The recipient of a master of business administration degree in management, Kenneth Partenheimer holds the following professional designations: Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Bank Auditor.
