I am Kenneth Nana Yaw Kuntunkununku Ofori-Atta (born 1959), had my early education at Achimota School in Ghana, proceeded to have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University (1984) and an MBA from the Yale University School of Management in 1988. Serves as a director for numerous companies and member and some boards too. Director for Enterprise Group Ltd and Trust Bank Ltd of The Gambia of which I am the Chairman. Director at the International Bank of Liberia and also a Board Member of the Acumen Fund.

I am well known Ghanaian Economist and an Investment Banker and co-founder of Databank in Ghana. I am currently the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Ghana , appointed by President Akufo-Addo on 10 January 2017. Together Ken Ofori- Atta with Daniel Ofori-Atta, Keli Gadzekpo and Togbe Afede XIV founded Databank in 1990. I am happily married to Dr. Angela Ofori-Atta (a Clinical Psychologist) at the University of Ghana Medical School.
