I am a certified ExO Consultant and ExO Sprint Coach (Transformation of and in "Exponential Organizations") following the ExO Model.

Why the ExO Framework?

The pace of change is fast, and sometimes exponential, thanks to digitalization, etc. This requires organizations to change and implement certain principles in order to succeed in this new paradigm.

I am available to give talks and workshops in relation to agile methods and in particular the ExO Framework. I may help and inspire you to align your business goals with the technological possibilities and trends, by using principles from the ExO Framework.

Having a technical know-how and capacity, is not enough to succeed. A modern company or organization needs to be agile and innovative, with employees who are creative and empowered.

CURRENT POSITION

Current job position: Product Owner for digital meetings and audio-visual communication at Region Västra Götaland, Sweden.

OTHER EXPERIENCE
I have about 15 years of woking with digital communication and web projects in large public organisations.

Specialities and interests: Intranet, usability, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), intranet consulting, project management, content management systems, visualisation/AR/VR. Helping to find out what users didn't know they needed.
