Kenny’s dulcet, mellifluous tones massage four full octaves with pleasure and ease, while his unforgettable smile seduces your full attention.

Fifteen years of living and performing in New York City included Kenny’s Broadway debut in Disney’s hit musical The Lion King as well as a role in the world premiere production of The Color Purple: the musical, which was produced by Oprah Winfrey. In addition, Kenny starred in the national tours of the musicals Grease! and Smokey Joe’s Café.

Kenny has since returned to the rich and diverse musical platform of Austin, Texas – the live music capitol of the world! – where he was raised and began his music career. Growing up in Austin, Kenny studied voice at the University of Texas, and then cut his teeth as a stage performer at Austin’s Zach Theatre. Most recently, this ever-evolving performer has shined in several Zach Theatre productions including critically acclaimed Sophisticated Ladies, where he starred as the “Raconteur” opposite Tony award winner Jennifer Holiday, and played “the Friend” in the revival of Gospel at Colonus. Lastly, Mr. Williams sparkled and delighted as the lovable and effervescent “Ghost of Christmas Past” in Zach’s A Christmas Carol.

Other Credits include: Dreamgirls (C.C. White), Godspell(Lamar), Purlie with New York City Encores, Blues in the night, Five Guys named Moe (Little Moe), Forever Plaid(Jinx), Rockin’ Christmas Party at the Paramount Theatre and Once on this Island (Daniel). But it doesn’t end there. In 2008 Kenny made his concert debut in New York City, and went on to grace the stages of Joe’s Pub, B.B. King’s, S.O.B’s, BAM Cafe and the legendary jazz club, Birdland. Currently, he can be found touring the world as lead singer of the iconic, multiplatinum 1950's vocal group The Platters.
