KENNY TAKALO is the consummate Global Travel and Excursion (T & E) Management Professional. With over 20 years of travel industry experience, Kenny ‘s expertise spans:

- Planning, developing, and implementing corporate travel policy

- Controlling travel bookings, including policy exception reviews and resolutions

- Managing compliance with corporate travel policy

- Managing complex itineraries and solving travel-related issues

- Collaborating with key service partners

- Delivering education and training to employees

- Reporting on operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Kenny launched his T & E career in 1999 as a gold mine tour guide at Gold Reef City. Soon after (2001), Kenny joined the Action Safaris Tour Company where he worked in Sales until 2005. An entrepreneur at heart, Kenny then founded Happy People Excursions, a boutique travel management and consulting firm specializing in the curation and execution of luxury travel experiences in South Africa, Mozambique, and Ghana among others. His clientele includes several high-profile organizations such as FIFA Confederations Cup Football Tournament, World Cup tournament, and Guateng Tourism Authority. Kenny has also led multiple professional tours through Spirit of Africa Travel Company including the People to People Student Ambassador Programs and Envision International Scholar Laureate Programs .

In addition to Kenny's freelance work as a Corporate Travel Manager, servicing corporate executives and foreign dignitaries from numerous Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, he is also an investor and serial entrepreneur. His latest venture includes working as a voice over artist to develop and narrate a children’s finance book.
