Ken Smith (石明康) teaches English reading, and composition courses to junior college and college students at Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages in Kaohsiung, . At Wenzao, Ken runs a weekly reading group called “Book Travelers” in the library to further promote the importance of reading on campus. His research interests focus on second language acquisition through reading, specifically sustained silent reading, and testing the validity of the Comprehension Hypothesis.
