Kent Keeler

My most important "interest" is my family (and by extension my job that pays the bills!). Beyond this I love being outside - running, cycling, and anything else that gets my heart rate up.

I am an ardent consumer (and reluctant producer) of social media. I have started a blog where I share my feedback on my racing, training, and the gear that I do it in.

I am also interested in giving some of my time to help others achieve their dreams and have recently taken the first steps to making that a part of my life.
