Herne Bay Sourdough

We are a family of 4 Headed by Sophie & Jon who run a micro-bakery in Herne Bay. We sell direct to your door (delivery in Herne Bay only) and also to restaurants, cafes and soon Farmers markets.

All bread is made to order. Generally if we receive your order before 6pm we can deliver within 36 hours (ie. the morning of the day after tomorrow) - as it takes a long time to ferment a sourdough loaf. However, on occasion we may be able to meet your order within 24 hours, so feel free to ask!

We make a wide range of sourdough breads, including :

Classic White - £2.50

Wholemeal - £2.50

White / whole with mixed seeds - £3.00

Date and pecan - £3.50

Bagels (choice of poppy, sesame or plain toppings) 6 for £2.50

Bagels (chocolate chip, chocolate chip and red berry or cinnamon and rasin) 6 for £3.00

Halloumi & mint rolls (ideal for lunch!) 4 for £2.50

Cheddar & Jalapeno rolls (for those that like a bit of spice!) 4 for £2.50

Mixed berry and chocolate loaf woith honey crust - £2

We also make a range of normally leavened breads, including :

Ciabatta large rolls - £2.00 each / £3 for two

Ciabatta (garlic & sea salt, sun dried tomato and basil, red onion & rosemary or olive & rosemary - all prepared with olive oil)

Fougasse with sun dried tomatoes and olives £3.00
