Kenya Baker was born in Detroit, Michigan. She is the oldest of 8 siblings. Having experienced a turbulent childhood, she has managed to transform her life through a profound love of God and scripture. She is currently a teacher, writer/illustrator and philanthropist. She studied education at the University of Dayton where she attained her Masters Degree in Education. Her primary focus in life is to develop the kingdom!
