This is a mantra that Kenya D. Morris lives by daily and tries to actively apply within every aspect of her life. As a self proclaimed "life enthusiast", she prides herself on capitalizing on every opportunity that is given to her and using her passion for communications and the arts to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Kenya is a native of Los Angeles, California, and received her collegiate education within the John H. Johnson School of Communications, and the Division of Fine Arts at Howard University in Washington, DC.

As a resident of both coasts, she has had to opportunity to receive hands on training from skilled radio, television, film, theatre, and administrative professionals. Her previous work experience includes: the Public Relations department at Black Entertainment Television, the Production Department at America's Most Wanted, the Production Department at WHUT-TV, the Marketing Department at 102.3 KJLH, social media consulting for Shea Yeleen International, Inc and Grace Covenant Church, as well as her own beauty consulting & women's outreach company. All of these opportunities have contributed to her love for communications, production, social media strategizing, artistic expression, and community service.

She is currently an education administrator, runs her own blog, is a freelance writer for several online media publications, and speaks & performs spoken word in the DC area. It is her desire to utilize her skills to make a positive lasting impression on the world and to assist in equipping others to do the same.
