Kenyeda Adams

I am a blerd ( short for "black nerd") biologist with a background in Animal Behavior, Evolution, and Immunity. I also have a deep love of writing that has been been around as long as my love of science. So, I am looking to marry the two and become a science writer. I hope to help increase the public engagement with and knowledge of scientists and science. My more science oriented pages are my Blerd Scientist ones on Twitter and Tumblr. When I am not in the lab or science writing, I am writing fanfiction and working on my own works as well. I work with Ondayo, LLC on their debut game Ataxia by providing voice work and script editing. I can also be found answering questions on Quora sometimes. I also give science advice to other writers on their work.
