Keri Clarke

Keri manages the Asian, African American, and Multicultural Segments throughout PNC’s Footprint. Her responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with national and local diversity organizations, creating and delivering yearly events for over 20 organizations, and designing the overall diversity strategy for the Campus Recruiting Segments.
Previously, as the Diversity Campus Recruiter at PNC, Keri designed and implemented the Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) Diversity Recruiting Strategy for 15 colleges. She successfully organized 40 plus events, yielding the highest number of diverse candidates. I have relationships with a wide array of organizations, industries and universities.
Keri joined PNC in January 2012, to help create new diversity strategy in the Campus Segment. In January 2014, she begin managing the Experienced Diversity Recruiting Segments.
She has held a number of leadership roles which included creating the Historically Black College & University Recruiting strategy for PNC. Keri has spoken at several campuses to students on topics such as business etiquette, and how to find the “right” job opportunity.
While at her previous employer, Humana Insurance, she created competitive analyses, managed the Medicare Advantage product life cycle, managed the Training and On-boarding SharePoint sites, and conducted SWOT analyses. Keri created the Training and On-Boarding Workgroups seminars for the Senior Products-Medicare Department, and conducted corporate professional development for the Senior Products Division. She also developed The Buddy Coordinator Training Guide Manual, and served as mentor to new hires.
Prior to joining PNC Keri was with Humana Insurance, Katz Media, and Clear Channel.
Keri has a B.S. and MBA from Hampton University. She currently lives in Maryland.
