Over my career so far, I've been a systems analyst, sales person, graduate student, instructor, case writer, professor, consultant, research director, thought leader, author, and executive. I like to take on projects that transform individuals and the organizations they live in.
When not teaching, writing, or speaking, I like to read, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
