I am a certified Salesforce.com Administrator with 8 years of experience.

I am currently working for Axalta Coating Systems managing the salesforce implementation for three business units in Canada. I manage approximately 250 users and I am responsible for; their training and troubleshooting. I pride myself in maintaining an over 80% user rate vs the company's global 49% user rate.

I work with the business units and marketing teams to create new processes, workflows and reporting to achieve business goals.

Since launching the implementation for The refinish business in 2010 from a legacy Lotus notes database; we have moved from a basic customer database to a dynamic tool that encompasses lead management, sales pipeline tracking and provides the business with key metrics.

One of our improvements was to move our companies credit submissions into the Salesforce.com instance. This saved the company 7.4 days on average in processing time and improved customer satisfaction. This move also allowed for key metrics to be tracked, who we pay, how much, how often giving he business an insight that was not available before.

I am passionate about what I do, I enjoy digging into an issue or finding new ways to optimize processes to increase productivity.
