Kerry Gifford

I started my career in Mahomet, Illinois, as a field service technician, working on water filtration systems. Along the way, I earned my plumbing license from the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Wanting to grow professionally, I balanced work and online courses to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Millikin University in 2014. That degree opened the door for a promotion to Senior Analyst in 2016. In this role, I analyze customer, sales, service, and operational data to help improve business performance.

I began as a Water Treatment Service Technician in 2010 and eventually moved to the corporate team. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hiking, and spending quality time with my family. Giving back is also important to me—I mentor young entrepreneurs through SCORE Decatur and donate business and self-help books to people in the prison system.
