Recruitment Marketing and Employment Branding in USA
I started my career in traditional marketing more than 30 years ago and found my way into employer branding nearly two decades ago, long before it was a defined discipline. I was one of the first to sit within a Talent Acquisition team in the U.S. focused on employer brand, and I’ve helped shape what the role has become today. That experience gives me a practical perspective on how to build employer brand strategies that are not just well articulated, but measurable, scalable, and grounded in the real candidate experience.
My work has consistently focused on connecting brand, storytelling, and talent outcomes. I’ve led digital marketing and communications strategies that empower employees to share authentic stories, turning them into credible brand advocates and strengthening how organizations show up in the talent market.
At Ford Motor Company, I lead global employer brand and talent attraction strategy during a period of transformation across Talent Acquisition. My focus has been on modernizing our Employee Value Proposition, launching a new global career site, and building a more connected recruitment marketing ecosystem that improves how candidates discover and engage with Ford. As the role has evolved, I’ve expanded my scope to include global sourcing and military hiring, partnering closely with Ford Philanthropy and senior leadership to strengthen how we attract critical talent. A key part of my work today is also preparing for the shift in how talent discovers opportunities, including AI-driven search, content strategy, and reputation management.
Prior to Ford, at EY I led the development of a new early career brand centered on flexibility, exploration, and skills-based growth. The work shifted how we position career paths by putting individuals at the center of their journey and creating a more modern, accessible narrative for emerging talent. I was also part of the broader global employer brand transformation, helping evolve how the organization communicates its value to talent worldwide.
At CVS Health, I led employer branding and recruitment marketing at scale, including the development of a compelling EVP and campaigns that attracted more than 5 million applicants annually and supported hiring across a complex, high-volume workforce.
Today, my focus is on how employer brand continues to evolve. As talent discovery shifts toward AI-driven search and digital ecosystems, the opportunity is not just to tell better stories, but to ensure those stories are visible, credible, and aligned to real experiences. That’s where employer brand moves from messaging to impact.
