Hello! My life began in Madison, Wisconsin. It was a wonderful place to grow up, learn and experience something about everything...With a world renowned University in my backyard I was immersed in curiosity, ideas and progressive thinking. My summers were spent in Europe - I was very fortunate to have family all over Germany...This bi-cultural upbringing made me who I am today. A born and raised American with a European perspective on life. This makes life more interesting although more complicated at times...

I was very fortunate to study Electrical Engineering at UW-Madison. It was a wonderful experience and I carry with me the logical yet creative approach to life I learned there! My last year at UW I used electro-mechanical engineering to createa novel product I named ROTOLINK! This was a great experience and motivated me to keep trying new adventures.

My work took me to Carlsbad - a beautiful beach town in San Diego County. This was another great experience which allowed me to reorganize a business and make it much more productive but most importantly a great place to work at! The business thrived but eventually I started waondering...I began the Presidio Sustainable MBA program and my wife and I started Casa del Sol, a vaction home rental in Carlsbad Village-by-the Sea.

In Carlsbad I met my wonderful wife, Patty Segovia. She was born and raised in LA and started the All Girl Skate Jam - the first skateboard competition just for women in the world! We lived, surfed, worked and skated in Carlsbad & Encinitas. After getting married we had our beautiful baby boy Ashby! Now we are living in Southern California with Familia - raising our son - working, living, surfing, skating, biking and enjoying Veeda as much as possible every day!!!
