If there was a questions driving the first twenty years of my career it might have been, "how successful could I be". Over the years I have studied all the "right" things to make a rewarding career for myself in solving complex problems. I also learned a valuable lesson along the way - as long as I remained focused on solving problems, I would continue to look upon life and everything in it as a problem to be solved.
Remarkably, there is now a more fulfilling purpose with which I continue my career adventures. I say it is to "inspire world leaders to lead from their natural, creative power". If we were not enamored with "problem solving", what could we create for ourselves and the future of our world? I intend to use my experiences, spiritual strength and continued education to draw distinctions between problem solving and authentic creation and to assist our leaders in the transformation of our world systems.
