Smith, President & CEO, CEP Smith Equity Consulting Services Kelly Smith’s professional career has lead to the ownership and operation of Smith Equity Consulting, an independent consulting firm that provides stock plan administration, equity accounting assistance and stock based employee education services in and around the San Francisco Bay Area Kelly has an extensive legal and stock administration background with over 16 years combined experience providing both private and public companies with stock administration and corporate legal needs. Kelly currently works as an independent consultant with various prestigious private and public companies and consulting firms like FRS Equity Strategies, Inc. and Robert Half Management Resources. Prior to starting her own company she was employed by Reliant Technologies, Inc., as their Sr. Equity Analyst administering all aspects of the privately held corporation’s stock option plans. Reliant Technologies has created a breakthrough in laser delivery by focusing on Fraxel laser treatment and has put this technology in the hands of clinicians worldwide. With this proprietary technology platform Reliant is poised to change the treatment paradigm to a new standard of care. Prior to working with Reliant Kelly was employed by salesforce.com, inc., based in San Francisco, CA and served as the Executive Services Manager, 401K Plan Administrator and Chairman of the Investment Committee.
