Ketan Mukhija

I have graduated from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law, India, with specialization in corporate and financial laws, international commercial arbitration and intellectual property law. Having attained considerable work experience in realm of diverse economic and policy issues of contemporary significance, I possesses a good number of publications and paper presentations at international conferences in India and abroad, to my credit. I have consistently maintained a brilliant academic record, even while excelling at so many other areas of activity. I have participated and won acclaim at various International Competitions including the Stetson International Moot, the Jessup International Moot and the Commonwealth Moot, thus gaining a thorough introduction to the subtleties and nuances of the transnational legal and regulatory issues involved. I have worked as a solicitor with Herbert Smith LLP in London, and am now associated as an attorney with Jones Day, dealing in cutting-edge transactions in the global marketplace.
