I'm Regine, a Level 3 Kettlebell Coach affiliated with the International Kettlebell Organization. I am currently based in Manila, Philippines but am connected with the KettleBB athletes all over the Philippines and our growing family in Asia and the World. I am personally training under Denis Vasilev, a multiple-time world champion, and record holder.

I'm here to share my journey and to help you discover the benefits of Kettlebell Sport for every fitness level and expertise. I believe that this discipline builds character and allows athletes to live the best life ever.
