Domestic Violence & Mental Health Educator in The United States
Hey there!
I’m Keturah Teasley - a Doctoral Student and Domestic Violence & Mental Health Educator who uses a Christian-integrated approach to safety planning.
The impact of domestic violence is more harmful than what people sometimes realize.
As a woman who wants to be well for herself (and children), you won’t just form a safety plan but you will also view the “what” and “how” of your choices with a deeper focus…
🌻This work is not just a job but my calling. I particularly enjoy:
- Addressing self-awareness and decision-making skills with evidence-based Psychoeducation & Christian Biblical principles
- Reminding women of their God-given permission to make healthy relationship choices for themselves and families
- Witnessing women form safety plans that work best for their particular situation. (You will never be forced, pushed, or pressured into doing anything.)
