Kevin Chua

I'm a recent B.A (Media and Communications) graduate from the University of Melbourne. I've worked at M&C Saatchi and Haystac Public Affairs as an intern and hope to get into advertising/PR.

I was the Production Manager of Melbourne University Chinese Music Group. This year, I'm producing Mulan: The Original Mandarin Musical, directed by Felix Ching Ching Ho.

I was in the Student Ambassador Leadership Program, in which I led a project, Seeds for Kids which helped disadvantaged children at Rupert Street Kindergarten in Collingwood to build a fruit and vegetable garden. The project also contained elements of sustainability and healthy eating. Seeds for Kids was awarded the 2010 DREAMLARGE Student Engagement Awards.

I was a Publicity Office of Melbourne University Overseas Student Service. I was responsible for the publicity of activities and events. I also work part-time in the food retail industry where I interact with customers on a daily basis.

In conclusion, I exhibit interests in advertising; leadership qualities and project management skills; and strong communications skills.
