Coach KJ is a Chicago-based certified coach with over 15 years of experience in leadership development and transformational coaching. He’s developed a reputation for high-energy, engaging delivery of rich experiences that accelerate the development of leaders at any level of the organization--but especially with high potentials and millennial leadership. In 2009, he co-founded a non-profit and led a three year exploration of diversity across gender, ethnicity, religion and generation--creating a community of practice of over 350 members reaching across the United States and into Turkey and Beijing, China. He’s a practitioner of the Art of Hosting (AoH) and was recently invited to be a steward of this innovative, emergent approach to fostering dialogue and nurturing organizational engagement. His clients include: PwC (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) , Abbott, Coca-Cola, Cardinal Health, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Green Mountain Coffee, and he volunteers as a career coach with Upwardly Global. He holds a Certification in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
