Kevin Antreassian

After graduating from William Paterson University with an Bachelors of Music in Audio Engineering with concentrations in Classical Guitar, I founded Backroom Studios in 2007. I have gathered production, recording and performing experience while touring internationally with my progressive metal band "Knife the Glitter." I have also served as a touring guitar technician for The Dillinger Escape Plan, Todd Rundgren and others. My studio production experience covers a broad range of styles, from heavy progressive rock to singer/songwriter genres. I prefer to get closely involved in every project, becoming an active partner in the arrangement and structure of the music I am hired to produce.

I have worked with many bands and musicians including The Deftones, Foxy Shazam, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Mike Portnoy, Chris Pennie, & Russell Allen, among others.

Backroom Studios is a recording & rehearsal studio in Rockaway, New Jersey. We have 2 hourly rehearsal rooms and 14 monthly rental rooms. Ask about our Pro Tools HD Studio.
