Kevin A. Darby

Kevin A. Darby is a partner and founding attorney of Darby Law Practice, representing individuals and businesses in bankruptcy in Reno, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 13, and helping clients in all manner of debt relief from loan modifications and foreclosure avoidance to debt settlement and rebuilding credit after bankruptcy. Ultimately, Mr. Darby determined that working for banks and large institutional creditors was less than fulfilling and decided to cross over to the other side to represent individuals and small businesses facing financial distress by founding the Darby Law Practice to provide bankruptcy in Reno help to consumers and small businesses.
