Mr. Palmer has been in the information technology industry for twenty-five years. He has served on the management boards of two companies, a $170 million medical technology company and a telecommunications start-up. Most recently, Mr. Palmer is responsible for managing the Technical Consulting organization to Oracle’s Network Equipment Provider vertical industry group. Previously, he was responsible for business strategy and planning for the Communications industry, Sun Microsystems’ largest vertical industry and source of revenue. Mr. Palmer served as the CIO for a healthcare company and the VP of Operations for a small telecommunications company, and has managed a technical consulting and service management group for MCI Telecommunications. Mr. Palmer holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelors degree in Management from Pepperdine University.
